When a small but expensive problem occurred with a window, The Insurance Company initially turned down a request for coverage. But due to your perseverance, they eventually covered the entire two thousand dollar repair. I would like to take this time to thank Auto World Group for being from a dying breed. In that I would like to explain that in today's business world of customer relations it is very hard to find someone that addresses issues that arise from a business transaction .Let me explain further if you will. When I first discovered the above mentioned auto I was pleased to say that not only were there some issues with the car but in negotiating the price I was able to receive ASG's word that what I was addressing would be corrected by the dealership . So with in the next few weeks we were able to work out the details of the transaction and have our issues rectified in a business professional manner. I am please to say that the ASG organization have honored their commitments and as a result they have one happy customer that would return business and refer business based on what I have experience. I think in today's world you would be hard pressed to find a business that would accommodate and honor commitments such as this car dealership. I would be the first to commend and recommend this business to my friends or in general to whomever would ask where to buy a good pre owned foreign car vehicle. Just a quick note to tell you how happy I am with my purchase of the 1999 Jaguar XK8. I love the car and have been getting lots of compliments as to its low mileage and pristine condition despite its age. I am extremely appreciative that while I bought the car in an "as-is" condition, you agreed to pay to fix the check engine light which went on later in the same day that I purchased the car. And for finding me a Jaguar repair shop in my local area to do that work. Auto sport groups are caring and wonderful people who helped me find and lease a beautiful Caddy for my mother. They were very helpful and are gems of knowledge regarding the car business and finance world of car leasing and loans. I heard from the staff every day when they were searching for my mother's dream car. It took only one week to find her car. We must have looked at 11 cars in that short time frame . They found exactly what she was looking for right down to the make, model, color and year. I was always kept informed by the staff on the status of the loan. I was kept abreast of time frames for pickup. I was informed at all levels from the purchase to the pick up and signing of documents about the loan. • On the pick up day he had one of the workers pick up my Mom and me and take us to the office.
